Precautions, Information & Guidelines
The priority at Kavuras village Hotel is the safety and well-being of our guests and employees. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at Kavuras village.
We follow the standards and protocols related to COVID-19 as issued by the Greek government, the Ministry of Health, the Hellenic National Public Health Organization, and local health agencies.
Changes at the hotel policies and the terms of stay and our commitment to health & safety
For reasons of public health protection, we keep a record of all visitors to the accommodation. The data must be kept (Greek Government Law 2084B / 30/05/2020 Decision 1881/29.05.2020) so that it is possible to communicate with the close contacts of any COVID-19 impact, which may be identified later.
Maid, bed linen and towels change service will no longer offered on daily basis. According to the regulation 1881/29.5.2020 as it is stated at the Official Greek Government Gazette and it has been enforced by law:
1) Frequent maid during guests stay is not allowed (in order guests and hotel housekeeping staff contact to be avoided), unless it has been requested by the guest.
2) The daily change of bed linen, pillowcases and towels is not allowed and carried out only upon the request of guests.
Should you require housekeeping, change of bed linen, pillowcases and towels, please ask the reception.
Breakfast in buffet, self-serviced, following the meters for the protection of the people according to the Hellenic Health Protocol.
Entrance and / or stay by non-lodgers in the hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
Guidelines
- In case you feel seek or in case of fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, please stay in room and contact the reception.
- Please keep the distances as recommended.
- Follow the floor sign stickers
- You are advised to open periodically the windows of your room for natural ventilation.

Medical / First Aid kit is available at the hotel.
In communal areas of the hotel, there are signs, antiseptics and disposable gloves.

The collection and further processing of these data, for purposes beyond the service of your stay and any promotion of the hotel, is carried out for prevention purposes against the spread of the virus Covid-19 and is based on the legal interest of the hotel to protect the health of employees and other customers and associates in conjunction with the observance of Covid-19 Health and Accident Management Protocols for Tourism Enterprises issued by the Greek Ministry of Tourism
With the registration form you reconfirm that you have no symptoms of the disease Covid-19, you are not in quarantine, you will take all necessary precautions against the epidemic and you will travel at your own risk or danger.The total cost of your reservation and daily rates is confirmed through your booking confirmation email.
I agree that for public health protection, the hotel must keep an updated record of all guests staying at the hotel - name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (telephone, e-mail), so that communication is possible if a coronavirus case is identified at a later time. The GDPR is complied by all staff members and guests information will be kept on file for reasons of public health protection.

You can pay in a secure banking environment with the following credit, debit and payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. You will be redirected to the payment on Alpha Bank’s secure Cardlink page. Alpha e-commerce from Alpha Bank uses TLS 1.2 protocol encryption with 128bit SSL
Payment Policy
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival for the full amount.
Late check out fee ( departure until 18:00) :50% of the per night rate.
Check out after 18:00 the rate of an overnight will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received 14 days or prior, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- For any cancellation received 13 days prior to arrival and then, 30% charge of the total amount due will apply.
- For cancellations 1 day prior to arrival or non-show, 100% charge of the entire amount due will apply.
- For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable/will be charged.
- For ” NON REFUNDABLE” booking option,the total amount of the booking is prepaid and non refundable and there is no possibility of changes.
